My little take on the classic homity pie. A leek, potato, cheese and onion pie with a wholemeal shortcrust and parsley from Devon!--  I made some potato wafers and crisps, a leek and nutmeg purée, crispy onion and a Lancashire bomb cheese custard,wholemeal shortcrust crumb, parsley mayonnaise.. finished with a good grating of nutmeg. A cute little 2 bite snack ready to tantalise those taste buds lols
