Partner required to operate this Cafe Bistro. This historic boat has been recently granted permission to operate as a Cafe Bistro by  Gloucester planning in the Gloucester docks. It sits right next to the Gloucester brewery which is crying-out for a food offering. I just need a partner(s) to help me unlock its potential & to share in the profits with me. Might suit a couple of chefs or a husband-&-wife team but all options open. The point is, all the new partner(s) would need to do is invest their time as I've already bought & renovated the boat & secured the various permissions. We have permission to operate 7 days a week between 0800 & 10pm & later at weekends.
