Former three-Michelin star chef Steven Doherty talks about his career with Albert Roux, where he worked under the true culinary legend for fourteen years in a number of roles which included head chef at the then three-Michelin starred Le Gavroche in Mayfair, London.

Steven now runs his own business and consultants for a number of clients, including Askham Hall, whilst also running his successful "First Floor Cafe" in Windermere, in the Lakes Cumbria, where he now lives.
