Simon Bonwick Chef will be cooking his last food service with Chef Son Charlie in their Dew Drop Inn, on Sunday 14th July.
After 18 months at the Dew Drop Inn, the Bonwick family wish to thank all our loyal and supportive guests many of whom we are now lucky enough to call friends.
We have loved being in the Hurley Forest, it's a unique spot for a country Pub offering our particular style of hospitality. It's a story for us that has reached its natural conclusion.
Tom Davies CEO and Gavin Mansfield at Brakspear have given inspirational guidance, and have been instrumental in raising the Dew Drop Inn on to its new Iron legs for the future tenants that are to be confirmed shortly.
Finally, we’ve had a great laugh and are happy and proud of the new story we have created for The Dew Drop Inns on going future and success! We leave the old girl in a strong position.
Chef Simon Bonwick is open opportunities and looking forward to finishing his second cookery book “Complete Pub Cookery”!
