Lockhart Catering Equipment, part of the Bunzl Catering & Hospitality Division, has revealed more about what to expect at the Catering Innovation Show. Taking place at London’s Business Design Centre on Monday 5th October, the show features an exciting lineup of chef demonstrations, the live final of Compass Chef of the Year competition, and the latest innovations from over 70 leading exhibitors across light and heavy equipment.
For front of house, visitors will be able to explore a wealth of new tableware, serving and presentation solutions, including the latest collections from Amefa. The company will introduce its new Juntos cutlery collection, designed around the growing popularity of small bites, mezze platters and shared plates. Alongside this, the Sabatier Trompette range will welcome three new additions – Carbon, Vulcano and Asean – crafted from high-quality MoV steel for enhanced corrosion resistance, toughness and long-lasting performance.
Lifetime Brands Europe will be showcasing new additions designed to bring greater versatility to modern hospitality. The award-winning Mikasa Moments collection has been expanded with ramen bowls, dip bowls, tapas plates and mugs, allowing operators to create flexible mix-and-match table settings. Meanwhile, the World of Flavours collection has evolved with new products inspired by global cuisines, including sushi sets, noodle bowls, pasta essentials, Balti dishes, a taco holder and tortilla warmer.
For operators looking to combine presentation with practical functionality, TableCraft will showcase its latest launches, including new melamine tableware, buffet riser additions, squeeze bottle solutions and a Smash Burger Press. The company’s wider range covers food and beverage products for kitchen, bar and buffet stations, with samples available and next-day delivery in the UK.
Meanwhile, G. Benedikt will present its extensive porcelain portfolio, alongside new products including coloured double-wall cups and the Stars collection. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore both the latest launches and the company’s wider range of porcelain solutions for professional hospitality environments.
Nevilles will be putting the spotlight on its latest products, with more than 200 innovative additions from its Autumn/Winter 2026 launch on display within its dedicated showroom at the Business Design Centre. The collection includes three new vitrified porcelain tableware ranges, alongside additions across table presentation, glassware, drinkware, buffet and display, providing operators with new ways to create stylish and practical tabletop setups.
As operators continue to seek ways of improving hygiene, efficiency and sustainability, equipment designed to tackle everyday operational challenges will also feature prominently at the show.
Mechline will showcase its practical solutions for modern commercial kitchens, including the BioCeptor grease management system, which combines a high-efficiency grease trap with automatic biological dosing to help break down fats, oils, grease and starches. Also on display will be the AquaTechnix TX-i intelligent touch-free sensor tap, designed to improve hygiene while reducing water consumption, alongside award-winning HyGenikx air and surface sanitisation technology.
For those seeking to improve food holding and presentation, Catertherm will demonstrate its latest hot and cold food display technology. Its Hot & Cold Plates can switch seamlessly between heating and cooling within a single unit, while its invisible induction technology provides a sleek front-of-house finish. The stand will also feature new straight retractable-cord pendant heat lamps and the popular SDX Thermobox food transport trolleys.
PFR, representatives for Hatco in the UK and Ireland, will bring a selection of new food holding and presentation solutions. The HEATMAX range features new shade designs with retractable straight cords, while Hatco’s Built-In Heated Stone Shelf combines even heat distribution with a contemporary finish for food holding and presentation. Visitors will also be able to see the Icarus Grill, an electric chargrill capable of reaching temperatures of over 500°C to replicate the searing and caramelisation associated with traditional solid-fuel cooking, while offering the control and convenience of electric operation.
On the cooking side, RATIONAL UK will showcase its portfolio of professional cooking technology, including the iCombi Pro professional combination oven, iVarioPro multifunctional cooking system and iHexagon microwave technology. Visitors will be able to explore how these solutions can support consistent results and efficient kitchen operations.
Similarly, UNOX will host live cooking demonstrations featuring its CHEFTOP-X, SPEED-X and EVEREO solutions. Its portfolio spans high-performance combi cooking, high-speed combination cooking and hot food preservation, with technology designed to support consistency, productivity and efficiency in professional kitchens. Visitors can also learn more about UNOX’s Individual Cooking Experience, which enables chefs and professional kitchens to test its ovens using their own products and recipes.
For smaller-scale preparation, Blendtec will showcase its full commercial blender range in the UK through Lockhart, including its Bar & Chef, Ultra Jar and Barista Jar solutions, providing professional operators with a choice of blending equipment suited to different foodservice and beverage applications.
Waring Commercial will also introduce the Waring POD, developed in partnership with Planit Protein. The fermentation chamber is designed to make it easier for chefs and foodservice operators to experiment with plant-based proteins and fermentation, including tempeh, koji and other blends. The launch forms part of Waring’s wider focus on innovation and solutions that can help the foodservice industry adapt to changing demands.
In refrigeration, visitors will be able to see several solutions focused on flexibility, energy efficiency and maximising available kitchen space.
Adande Refrigeration will showcase its SVS2/CW Prep Station Unit, a double-drawer counter solution offering independent variable temperature control from -22°C to +15°C in each drawer. Also on display will be the slimline VCC1 Compact Drawer, measuring just 450mm wide while providing 69-litre capacity and variable-temperature storage, making it suited to kitchens where space is at a premium. Adande, the pioneer of commercial refrigerated drawers, will also be previewing new products ahead of launches planned for early 2027.
Hoshizaki UK will showcase its new ADVANCE Multideck refrigerators, designed to support the growing grab-and-go market by placing food within arm’s reach of customers and remove barriers to encourage purchases. Benefitting from integrated LED lighting and adjustable shelving which can be tilted up to 75oC to create attractive displays, these units showcase products in their best lighting. Visitors will also be able to speak to the Hoshizaki team about the wider range and how its refrigeration solutions can support both front- and back-of-house operations.
Meanwhile, True Refrigeration will demonstrate its range of commercial refrigeration, including the TUC undercounter range and TCR/F counter-top refrigerators and freezers. With a wide variety of configurations, these solutions are designed to maximise flexibility in different kitchen layouts. Its TVM Visual Merchandisers will also combine product visibility with food-safe refrigeration, while the new CVM will bring curved styling, premium LED lighting, increased capacity and precise temperature control to retail environments. True will also highlight its newly extended seven-year warranty across products sold in the UK, Ireland and Europe.
Williams Refrigeration will showcase its Jade MultiTemp VVJ1 cabinet, which provides two independently controlled compartments operating from +8°C to -22°C, allowing different food types to be stored at their optimum temperatures within a single cabinet. The company will also demonstrate its Meat Ageing Refrigerator and hinged-door Multideck, with the latter designed to support grab-and-go sales while reducing energy consumption compared with equivalent open-fronted models.
Victor Manufacturing will demonstrate how its portfolio can support both front and back of house, from refrigerated display to stainless-steel fabrication. Its ECO+ multideck refrigerated display combines A-grade energy efficiency with ETL certification, while its recently launched fabrication range includes stainless-steel benches and sink units, available in standard and bespoke configurations.
From tableware and food preparation to cooking, refrigeration, hygiene and food presentation, The Catering Innovation Show 2026 will provide visitors with the opportunity to discover a wide range of practical innovations designed around the evolving needs of professional foodservice operators.
