Join Tom Kerridge and head chef Tom De Keyser at the renowned Hand & Flowers in Marlow, the world's first two Michelin-starred pub, as they make two extraordinary dishes: a tart of cured beef, mushroom & oyster with marmite rarebit, dried seaweed, and tabasco salt, followed by a coffee-crusted loin of venison served with a long pepper muffin, caramel poached pear, blue cheese walnuts, celery & lovage purée, and a tangy sour blackberry sauce. The pub has been open for over 20 years and is one of the very few two Michelin star restaurants in the UK.
