Women represent 58% of the hospitality workforce in the UK but only around 15% are Chefs. Why is that? What is stopping women progressing in this amazing industry? How do we encourage this? What can we all do to #breakthebias ?  Today is International Women's Day. Lets celebrate and champion the wins (no matter how small or big) women make everyday.
