A dinner party needs to start with an appetiser that will excite the guests and make them want more. These dainty tarts are made from locally sourced finest ingredients.  Juicy chicken hearts, devilishly tasty and served in delicate tart shells, will have your guests swooning in delight, starting exciting dinner conversations.  Yet another example of nose-to-tail eating from my kitchen.
