To be awarded the coveted rosette, restaurants need to exceed standards within their local area. Inspectors will be looking at restaurants that prepare food with care, understanding and skill as well as those that use fresh ingredients in their dishes.

Which chefs and restaurants won awards at the AA Hospitality Awards 2015?

Nathan Outlaw, of the eponymous two Michelin starred, Restaurant Nathan Outlaw, was awarded AA Chef’s Chef of the Year which is voted for by peers while Ruth Rogers received the AA Lifetime Achievement Award.

Where were the AA Hospitality Awards 2015 held?

The awards were presented at the AA Restaurant Guide Hospitality Awards held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. TV personality and Michelin-starred chef, Tom Kerridge treated guests to a gourmet meal whilst Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist, Light Balance provided the evening’s entertainment.
