Nathan Outlaw, of the eponymous two Michelin starred, Restaurant Nathan Outlaw, was awarded AA Chef’s Chef of the Year which is voted for by peers while Ruth Rogers received the AA Lifetime Achievement Award, Berners Tavern picked up AA London Restaurant of the Year while The Sticky Walnut in Chester received AA Restaurant of the Year in England. Bully’s in Cardiff won the title for Wales and the Timberyard in Edinburgh picked up the gong for Scotland. Galvin at Windows achieved the AA Food Serves Award and Rosewood London was named AA Hotel of the Year. Dormy House was named Hotel of the Year in England, Meldrum House Country Hotel for Scotland and Ynyshir Hall in Powys won the title for Wales.
