Cranberry Hibiscus – attractive deep red, maple-like leaves with a sorrel-like, pleasantly tart taste. Traditionally used in salads and stir-fries. Colour is retained after cooking

Olive Herb – delicate leaves with an intense olive-like flavour. Perfect used sparingly in Mediterranean style pasta and tomato dishes; or with meat, fish or cheese. Try in a Martini cocktail!

Sea Kale - Taste of the Sea Coastal Vegetables 

 

Having fully rested over the summer, time for this years forced crop is fast approaching. The mature green leaves are just starting to die back as it goes into natural dormancy, ready for the forcing process to commence. Watch this space!
