Who is chef Anthony Billion, MasterChef: The Professionals 2021 quarter-finalist?
Introducing Anthony Billion, one of 32 chefs taking part in MasterChef: The Professionals 2021, airing on BBC One every Monday, Thursday and Friday from November 8th through to December 24th.
Anthony impressed judges Marcus Wareing, Monica Galetti and Gregg Wallace in both his skills test and with his signature dish, securing a spot in the quarter-finals.
Biography
Anthony
is currently a chef at five star London hotel, The Goring. The hotel is close to the fashionable Belgravia and serves British food and cocktails along wikth a Breakfast and an a la carte menu. It currently holds a Michelin star and three AA Rosettes.
Anthony is currently in a long term relationship with fellow The Goring chef Siân Davies.
