How to cook fresh linguine pasta

The Staff Canteen

Hello, my names Luke Holder and today we're going to show you how to cook linguine.

So we have a little finishing pan here, a pot of salted boiling water in our little finishing pan, we always add a little bit of stock in boiling water, a couple of pieces of butter and a little splash of olive oil.

While we bring that

to the boil, we take our linguine we add it to our season boiling water and that will take no more than about 30 seconds to achieve what we want to achieve and with fresh egg pasta it will never have a Al’dente bite because there’s no drying process for it, a little toss.
