Not what we needat all, we need sunshine and warmth as the wet weather is holding lots of crops back.
The main problem crops are cauliflower and broccoli with very little available and prices are reaching crazy levels!
The best options for me are Summer Primo Cabbage, much underused but beautiful braised in butter and black pepper, it's a massive football sized cabbage for around 60p, great value.
