For sure we are all chomping at the bit for Spring, but let’s face facts half of Turkey is under snow. Morels will need convincing it’s safe to emerge before flowering.

Portugal is having a fab fungal season however keeping air miles and prices down, variety and quality up. All of the below are coming from Portugal save the trompette, which are from the US.
