Applications for MasterChef: The Professionals series 16 are now open
Applications are now open to take part in the BBC's latest series of MasterChef: The Professionals.
Returning for series 16 in 2023, MasterChef: The Professionals sets out to find undiscovered new talent and exciting food from within the culinary world.
The contest is judged by chefs Marcus Wareing and Anna Haugh, with Gregg Wallace presenting.
The competition is a unique opportunity for professional chefs from all kitchens and background to share their food, skills, and culinary flair, whilst competing against some of the country’s best up and coming talent.
Previous participants have included Gary Maclean, William Chilila, Adam Handling
and Elly Wentworth, with Nikita Pathakji crowned winner of the most recent series last month.
HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
Entrants must be professional chefs aged 20 or over, have the right to live and work in the UK and have worked for at least two years as a chef in a professional kitchen and/or have an NVQ Level 3 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent.
