“I’d describe my food as modern British, with inspiration from the chefs I love.”
How did you become a chef?
“My interest in cooking stems from watching my parents
run a pub, which served great food. I was then inspired by many chefs to start my own career. I love the freedom, creativity, and the joy that food brings.”

What has been the highlight of your career to date?
“Becoming a Head Chef for Michael Caines and winning Best Dish in the South West Chef of the Year Awards.”
Why did you want to take part in MasterChef: The Professionals?
“I applied to the series to push myself and to learn. I also wanted to put my food in front of the judges to gain as much experience as I could.”
