Hill – the first UK restaurant run by a female chef to hold three Michelin stars – Clare is now expanding her London presence with a more casual, bistro-style concept, while still carrying her hallmark focus on quality and hospitality.
Sharing the news on Instagram, she said: “We’re thrilled to announce the opening of Corenucopia by Clare Smyth, our brand-new luxury bistro in Chelsea, launching November 2025. This is your chance to be part of something special. We’re looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our team across kitchen, front of house, and back of house roles. If you share our commitment to excellence and hospitality, we want to hear from you!”
As the launch approaches, Clare and her team are now recruiting across all areas of the business. The opening is expected to create a buzz in Chelsea, bringing a new dimension to her portfolio while offering fresh opportunities for chefs and front of house staff to work alongside one of the UK’s most influential chefs.
