Edit Studio London Highly Commended in the Uniform Supplier Category at the Members' Choice Awards 2026
Edit Studio London has been recognised as Highly Commended in the Uniform Supplier category at the Members' Choice Awards 2026, an accolade voted for by hospitality professionals across the UK.
The recognition reflects the brand's commitment to creating sustainable chef workwear designed by a working chef and tested in the demanding environment of professional kitchens. Built around a simple motto – "from chefs, for chefs" – Edit Studio London creates workwear shaped by first-hand experience of life on the pass.
From Chefs, for Chefs
Edit Studio London was founded by Stefano Camplone following 16 years working in professional kitchens, from line cook and sous chef to head chef. Still working services today, he created the brand after years of wearing polyester chef whites that scratched, trapped heat and quickly wore out.
That direct experience remains central to the business. Every piece is tested where it matters – during real services, in real heat and across long working days – before reaching other chefs.

Designed for the Demands of Service
Edit Studio London's Chef Shirts and Chef T-Shirts are made from 200gsm 100% organic cotton, designed to combine durability with breathability.
The fit is deliberately loose and boxy, allowing air to move during service while supporting the reaching, lifting and plating required in a busy kitchen. Buttons are plastic-free and designed to withstand industrial washing, while the garments contain no polyester or synthetic fabrics against the skin.
The same approach extends across the wider range, including aprons made from reclaimed canvas, corduroy caps and Knife Sleeper cases, designed to give chefs a more considered way to carry and protect their knives.
Sustainability at the Heart of the Brand
For Edit Studio London, sustainability is fundamental to why the business exists. The brand challenges the widespread use of polyester and polycotton in chef workwear, focusing instead on 100% organic cotton.
Everything is made in Portugal in small runs and shipped in compostable packaging. Through its Ecologi partnership, the business also plants a tree with every order.
By choosing organic cotton despite the higher cost of production, Edit Studio London aims to create workwear that lasts for years and can ultimately return to the earth, rather than remaining in landfill and contributing to microplastic pollution.

Recognition from the People Who Wear It
Being named Highly Commended is particularly meaningful to Edit Studio London because the recognition was voted for by chefs – the people working on the pass, in the heat and through the long hours of professional kitchen life.
That connection sits at the heart of the brand's purpose: creating chef workwear informed by genuine kitchen experience and designed for the people who wear it every day.
