Great British Menu 2023 chefs: Danielle Heron, North West Heat
Danielle Heron, Chef Owner Osma, is one of four chefs competing for the North West region on Great British Menu 2023.
Series 18 of the competition starts on January 31 2023 on BBC Two at 8pm and will air for eight weeks.
Danielle is going head to head with chefs László Nagy, Sam Grainger and Caroline Martins in a bid to represent the North West in the regional finals, and ultimately cook a dish at the final banquet.
This is Danielle's first time competing in Great British Menu.
OSma
Opening in 2020, in the midst of
the Covid pandemic, Osma is a modern British fine dining restaurant located in Prestwitch, Manchester.
In her role as chef owner, Danielle has a created a diverse menu including lunches, dinners and even Sunday roasts, showcasing a wide-range of season British food.
Since opening, Osma has become a favourite amongst locals as well as destinations diners, featuring in the 2021 edition the Michelin guide.
