Fulham FC has unveiled a major boost to its hospitality offering, with three chefs joining the team behind The Riverside’s matchday experience.
Sally Abé, Judy Joo and Ben Murphy bring a wealth of fine dining talent, reinforcing the club’s ambition to top not only the Premier League table but also London’s culinary scene.
Together with existing culinary stars Alex Dilling and Oli Marlow, the trio will rotate across The Gourmet restaurant at The Riverside, delivering seasonal menus and immersive dining experiences tailored to each fixture. The move signals Fulham’s intent to make matchdays a gastronomic event as well as a sporting spectacle.

Star chefs join The Riverside
Judy will showcase her innovative Korean flavours inspired by her Seoul Bird restaurants, while Ben, head chef of Launceston Place, brings his precision-driven modern European style. Sally, known for her refined British cooking at The Bull in Charlbury, adds her signature twist on traditional favourites.
Speaking about her new role, Sally said: “As someone who appreciates tradition with a modern twist, Fulham feels like the perfect match. The club’s heritage combined with The Riverside’s innovation mirrors my own approach to British cuisine. I can’t wait to showcase what we can achieve when great food meets great football.”
Judy Joo said: “Korean food is all about bringing people together – it’s comfort food that feels like a hug. The Riverside is an incredible setting for people
to come together and share their passion for football and food. I’m excited to bring those bold Korean-American flavours I love to this amazing setting. Seoul Bird’s philosophy has always been about fun, vibrant food, and that energy feels perfect for matchday.”
Ben Murphy added: “The Riverside represents everything I love about hospitality – precision, passion, and creating unforgettable experiences. I wanted to be a footballer as a kid and just as Marco Silva demands excellence from his players, I’ll be bringing that same dedication to every dish we serve. This is fine dining with genuine atmosphere.”
Raising the bar for football hospitality
Elliot Machin, head of Hospitality Operations at Fulham FC, said: “These three exceptional chefs represent the calibre of talent we’re committed to attracting to The Riverside. Their combined expertise elevates our hospitality offering to world-class standards. As we prepare for what promises to be our most exciting season yet, we’re ensuring that every aspect of the matchday experience – from the first whistle to the final course – exceeds expectations.”
London’s most exclusive matchday dining
With demand for premium hospitality already surpassing expectations ahead of the 2025/26 season, only a handful of seasonal memberships remain. The club’s investment in gastronomy reaffirms The Riverside’s reputation as one of London’s most distinctive sporting and dining destinations.
