Catering equipment is going to be at the heart of The Hospitality Show 2015 with a host of major exhibitors, a CESA (Catering Equipment Suppliers Association) Innovation Zone and a networking dinner overseen by Adam Bennett. CESA Innovation Zone Toby Wand, Managing Director at organisers Fresh Montgomery said: “The Hospitality Show is a fantastic opportunity to see what equipment will be arriving in the year ahead, view everything under one roof, talk with suppliers about their ranges and see what the future holds in terms of equipment updates and new technology.” The CESA Innovation Zone is the only place operators need visit to view the most relevant and up-to-date products the industry has to offer. Keith Warren, CESA Associate Director said: "The Zone will put the focus on leading-edge equipment that really has the potential to make a big impact with caterers going forward.” The Catering Equipment Networking Dinner offers an opportunity for visitors to relax and socialise away from the show’s NEC venue and will be staged at the neighbouring Arden Hotel on Tuesday, January 20. Overseeing the menu will be Adam Bennett, head chef of recently Michelin-starred The Cross in Kenilworth. Adam will be UK representative at the Bocuse d'or later in January.Hospitality-845 Finally, the show will provide a showcase for major exhibitors and give visitors the chance to view and discuss all types of equipment for the kitchen.
