Lee Bye replaces Paul Foster at Tuddenham Mill

Lee Bye has been appointed as the new Head Chef at Tuddenham Mill, replacing the outgoing Paul Foster who had been at the helm for four years. The Mill’s new Head Chef Lee is excited about the challenge ahead and he said: “I’m keen to draw a wide customer base within the area and make Tuddenham Mill a strong and viable restaurant used for all occasions, whether it is a snack, Sunday lunch or a special treat. My aim is for all this to be delivered at a high standard and fair price point.” In the past few years Tuddenham Mill’s restaurant has been considered to be one of Suffolk’s finest and Lee is well aware of the establishment’s recent success and what he has to live up to.
