The Araki is the only restaurant to receive three stars in this year's guide while Claude Bosi at Bibendum joins the two star club in the Michelin Guide UK 2018.

In addition to the above, there were also 17  new one stars. Here is that all important list of three, two and one star winners as well as those that have unfortunately lost:
