Michelin Guide UK 2023: Latest additions, October 2023

The Staff Canteen

eòrna is one of 18 new restaurants included in the latest update of the Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland.

The new Michelin additions include notable establishments such as Björn Frantzén's Studio Frantzén, and London's critically acclaimed Giulia.

Amongst the 18 new restaurants added to the guide, three came from Scotland, including 12-cover chef's table restaurant eòrna in Edinburgh, run by chef Brian Grigor and sommelier Glen Montgomery.

Cowley Manor hotel was also included in October's list of new additions after it was reopened in July following a six-month renovation with chef Jackson Boxer overseeing the food as chef consultant. 

Welsh restaurant Touring Club in Penarth was also included in the update, after it was relaunched earlier this year by four partners including chef Bryn Williams in May.

Studio Frantzén, the first UK restaurant from Swedish chef three Michelin-starred Björn Frantzén which opened at Harrods department earlier this year entered the guide, with Bossa and Tomos Parry's Mountain in Soho also added into the 2023 addition of the Michelin Guide UK.
