Photography by Richard Budd (C) 2013 The Staff Canteen is delighted to host an auction celebrating the 10th anniversary of Sienna, Dorset's only Michelin-starred restaurant, with all proceeds going to Hospitality Action. The auction is to win a tasting menu for two with matching wines at Sienna restaurant in Dorchester, Dorset. Also thrown in will be a bottle of Bollinger Special Cuvee and a copy of photographer David Griffen's forthcoming West Country Cookbook which includes recipes from top West Country chefs including Tom Kerridge, Nathan Outlaw and Sienna's own chef patron, Russell Brown. The total value of the prize comes to around £240. To bid for the prize, email your bid to [email protected] with the title: "Sienna auction" and including your name, contact details and the amount of your bid. Any emails not containing all these details will not be considered for the auction. Current highest bids will be updated regularly on The Staff Canteen website and Twitter account. The closing date of the auction is Monday 22nd April at 6pm UK time. The prize meal at Sienna is to be booked independently with the restaurant, bookings subject to Sienna availability. Travel to and from the venue is not included. The Staff Canteen reserves the right to change the prize at any time. All proceeds go to Hospitality Action. As part of their 10th anniversary celebrations Sienna will also be hosting their own raffle prize draw with prizes ranging from food hampers to tickets for Somerset County Cricket Club. Entry into this raffle comes at £10 per ticket with all proceeds going to Hospitality Action. Cheques should be sent by post to Sienna Restaurant, 36 High West Street, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UP. The draw will be held on 4th May and winners will be notified by email.
