We’ve nearly completed the line-up for The Staff Canteen Live 2016 - Skillery at Hotelympia, as today we announce another six top chefs joining us there.

The Staff Canteen Live - Skillery in association with Westlands and supported by the Craft Guild of Chefs will see 16 chefs in total, demonstrating their Michelin-starred skills live on stage.

Making our debut at Hotelympia, we are adding a stimulating new dimension of kitchen demonstrations and advice from big name chefs and joining us on stage will be Graham Hornigold, executive pastry chef for Hakkasan Group; Simon Hulstone, chef proprietor of one Michelin star The Elephant; Graham Garrett, chef owner of Michelin-starred The West House; Angela Harnett of Murano and Hartnett and Holder; Alyn Williams, Alyn Williams at the Westbury and Jocky (James) Petrie, Group Executive Development Chef for Gordon Ramsay.

The Staff Canteen Live – Skillery supported by the Craft Guild of Chefs, held in conjunction with speciality produce supplier, Westlands and Robot Coupe, Steelite, TRUEFoods, Adande and Ritter Courivaud; will be running regular sessions every day of the four-day show with a changing line-up of chefs providing visitors with interactive demonstrations, recipe guidance and cooking tips.

Mark Morris, Managing Director of The Staff Canteen, said: “The opportunity to take The Staff Canteen Live to the UK's pinnacle hospitality show, Hotelympia, is a huge privilege and opportunity. To again work with the team at Fresh Montgomery, Westlands as headline sponsor and of course 16 of the biggest name chefs in the industry today.” Each session will be streamed live on The Staff Canteen’s YouTube channel and will culminate by offering show visitors the chance to question the chefs on a range of food and cooking-related topics.

Hotelympia takes place between February 29 and March 3 2016 and is the UK’s largest foodservice and hospitality event and the most important event for any professional wanting to gain access to the latest products and thinking. It is the best place to find real innovation and ideas.
