Trèsind Mayfair to bring Dubai’s Three-Star Indian dining to London

Passion F&B, the group behind Trèsind and three-star Trèsind Studio, has announced a new restaurant in Mayfair.

The restaurant group unveiled an announcement via Instagram heralding the arrival of Trèsind London Mayfair.

From Dubai to Mayfair

The original Trèsind opened in Dubai in 2014, introducing a fresh take on modern Indian fine dining. Its follow-up, Trèsind Studio, launched in 2018 on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah and quickly became one of the Middle East’s most acclaimed restaurants. Earlier this year, it earned three Michelin stars, making it the first Indian restaurant in the world to achieve that distinction.

The choice of Mayfair as the location suggests the group intends to position Trèsind London among the city's high-end dining destinations.

At the core of the announcement is Trèsind’s flagship in Dubai, Trèsind Studio, which recently secured three Michelin stars in the 2025 Michelin Guide Dubai - a landmark achievement, since it is the first Indian restaurant in the world to reach the three-star level.

The Michelin assessment praises Trèsind Studio’s multi-course tasting menu of daring originality and precision, with flavors drawn from India’s diverse regional traditions.

The restaurant operates as an intimate, 20-seat rooftop space overlooking Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, with

an open kitchen layout that allows diners to observe the chefs in action.

A post on social media read: "A journey of flavour, creativity, and elegance awaits, as a new chapter unfolds - Trèsind London Mayfair , coming soon."

The Michelin Guide praised Trèsind Studio's head chef Himanshu Saini and his team for creating striking and truly memorable dishes, with plenty of theatre added in - a reflection of the restaurant’s immersive approach to storytelling through food.

The Trèsind brand also operates in Mumbai, and its upcoming London outpost will be the group’s most ambitious international move yet.

A Landmark for Modern Indian Cuisine

Signature dishes from the Trèsind repertoire include ghee-roast crab with burnt cinnamon, lobster tail with pickled carrot and Alleppey curry, and kebab scarpetta with sourdough toasts - dishes that blend Indian heritage with refined, contemporary presentation.

Founded 11 years ago, Passion F&B operates a portfolio of progressive Indian dining concepts across Dubai and India, including Avatara, Maison De Curry, Bistro Aamara, A Cappella, Nonnaverse, Viva La Goa, and Gala by Trèsind.
