“My style of cooking is very detailed, creative and packed full of flavour.”
How did you become a chef?
“I’m passionate about cooking and working as a chef because of the environment. I absolutely love it and cannot get enough of cooking at a very high level and making my customers and
guests happy.”
What is the highlight of your career?
“I’ve always aimed high and wanted to cook food at the best level I can. Working as a private chef on super yacht’s has allowed me to do this. The fact that I’ve been given the opportunity to push myself all the time at work creatively and personally is a huge achievement.”

Why did you want to take part in MasterChef: The Professionals?
“I wanted to give MasterChef a go to expose myself to that kind of environment where I’m learning how to compete at a high level whilst cooking – something that would improve me as a chef for my job and other food challenges in the future.”
