Comedian and producer Sacha Baron-Cohen is known for his pranks and his latest might be the most shocking yet.  He has played tricks on everyone from David Beckham to former vice-president of the United States - Dick Cheney. His latest victim is an American food critic - Bill Jilla - the man behind dinnerreviews.com.

Sacha's new show under the guise of his new 'documentary' called 'Who is America?' which demonstrates the most extraordinary things people will do under the ostensible legitimacy of a  TV show.  In the short clip below, he takes on the role Rick Sherman,  a chef and former prison convict who has honed his culinary skills inside a maximum security jail.

'Rick' (who boasts over 193,000 followers on Twitter) prepares a tasting menu for the unsuspecting food critic which tells his 'story of life behind bars'.  Bill Jilla has been advised prior to his meal that 'Rick's prison-themed cuisine 'has the potential to earn a Michelin star.'

With unusual delicacies such as his starter of a 'beans on toast medley' followed by the disturbingly-titled 'anally-aged veal in a strawberry prophylactic' which Rick reveals was inspired by how veal was smuggled into his prison way back then.

Sacha is truly a  master of deception and enthrals Bill with an elaborate a backstory of how he learnt to cook in prison with limited resources and knowledge.

If this didn't stir up some massive concern, then 'Rick's' final dish surely should have had the food critic questioning everything. Bill is then served a  'filet of vegetarian-fed Chinese dissident and cauliflower purée'.  When talking his guest through his dish, Sacha posing as Rick convinces him that he is tasting 'ethical, human meat' sourced from a farm in China. 

Despite Bill's initial misgivings, thanks to 'Rick's authoritative and convincing approach, he decides to give the 'Chinese dissident' dish a go. But, what did he think?
