Chef patron of The Art School Restaurant Paul Askew has released his debut recipe book, Onwards and Upwards and has very kindly given four signed copies to The Staff Canteen for our latest members competition.

'Onwards and Upwards' is a stunning book showcases the fine flavours that are prevalent throughout the seasons. With 40 Art School Restaurant recipes and stunning photography, the book represents the culmination of a year’s work for chef patron Paul and his team.
