Bourbon Milk Punch

Introducing.... A.Dessert bar where desserts are paired with an intriguing choice of beverage.


  • 25ml milk
  • 50ml double cream
  • 50ml bourbon
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 1/2 tsp mixed spice powder


1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, cream, bourbon, sugar and spices. Freeze until slushy.
2. Stir before serving, pour it into a chilled glass, finished with gratings of fresh nutmeg.
3. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a large ice cube [optional].
