  • Scotch Beef Rump Steak
  • Pomace oil
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • 2 eggs

Method

Scotch Beef Rump Steak coated in pomace oil and Maldon sea salt.
Cooked over the charcoal grill to customer preference.
Season with sea salt & cracked black pepper.
Served with 2 over easy fried eggs.
