Greens pasta

Vegetarian pasta in a butter wine sauce


  • Capsicum x1
  • Brown Onion x1
  • LRG Silver Beet leaf x1
  • Zucchini x1/2
  • Garlic cloves x3
  • White Wine x1 splash
  • Butter
  • S&P
  • Chili x1
  • Oil
  • Pasta of choice


Cook Pasta, coat in oil and cool in fridge. Aldente.
Fry of onion, garlic and chili in pan with oil.
Add zucchini
Add capsicum
Deglaze pan with wine and add butter
Slice silver beet chunky, rinse and add to pan
Salt and pepper to taste
Add pasta
Serve with a sprinkle of salt flakes for flavor and decoration
