Heart Shaped Fine Decorations

Ingredients

  • • Chocolate Flakes
  • • Paper piping bag
  • • Callebaut Dark Chocolate 811 or Milk 823 or White W2

Method

• Place chocolate flakes into a container
• Add a little bit of creative powder and shake to cover
• Pour the chocolate flakes onto tray
• Fill a paper piping bag with pre crystallised chocolate and pipe heart shapes on top of the flakes (as per method in piping section above)
• Allow to set and then remove from the tray
• Use them to decorate a dessert for Valentine’s Day
