Poached salmon and asparagus

  • Salmon
  • Butter
  • Asparagus Parma ham
  • Mushrooms shallots
  • Cream mash potato
  • Seasoning
  • White wine
  • Spring onions

Method

Start cooking mash potato
Sauté mushrooms shallots and asparagus rapped in the Parma ham
Finsh of mash when cooked poach salmon of in butter spring onions white wine and table spoon of fish stock and season with salt and pepper
After poaching the salmon and cream let it reduce serve as a sauce
