Beef Horseradish and Beetroot Drizzle

As an incredibly popular meat within the UK, beef recipes are vast and varied. With a range of beef cuts to consider as well as cooking methods and flavour pairings, beef recipes are varied in flavour, texture and preparation time - give this one a try for yourself!


  • 50g Essential Cuisine Beef Glace
  • 25g Creamed Horseradish
  • 150ml Light Olive Oil
  • 50ml Pickled Beetroot Juice
  • 75ml Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste


Blend all ingredients together thoroughly and season to taste. Pour into Essential Cuisine drizzle bottle.
This is an exceptionally easy drizzle to make. Delicate hues of beetroot hide the power of the horseradish to lift your beef salads, or simply use as a new house dressing.
