Lobster Cream Sauce

The American, or Maine lobster, thought to be the biggest and best of its kind, along with the smaller European lobster are the two most popular varieties amongst the species that are used in recipes. Take your cooking to the next level with the following Lobster Cream Sauce recipe. Quick, easy simple drizzle with multiple uses.

Ingredients

  • Essential Cuisine Lobster Glace 65g
  • Coconut Milk 240g
  • Red Thai Curry Paste 40g
  • Mayonnaise 150g

Method

Blend all ingredients together including Lobster Glace, allow to stand for 5 minutes and then pass through a fine sieve.
Fill Essential Cuisine drizzle bottle and use over fish or prawns, or to finish a fish soup
