The Slaw
To make the slaw, mix together the plant-based mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sugar, apple cider vinegar, onion granules and celery salt. Put the cabbage and carrot in a larger bowl and mix with the mayonnaise.
Season with freshly ground pepper, to taste. Set aside.
Cajun Mayo
To make the Cajun mayo, mix the Cajun seasoning into the mayonnaise. Add a squeeze of lime juice. Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Set aside.
Burger
Cook the Beyond Burger® Chicken-Style according to the packet instructions
Serving
When ready to serve, spread some of the mayo onto the bottom of the bun. Add a lettuce leaf. Top with the burger, a slice of smoky vegan cheese and a spoonful of the slaw. Serve with extra slaw on the side and grilled corn on the cob.
