- 440g Tomato ketchup
- 60g Dijon Mustard
- 10g Worcester Sauce
- 30 drops tabasco sauce
- 100g shallots (brunoise)
- 20g chopped tarragon
- 20g chopped chives
- 20g chopped parsley
- 250 ml olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste

Bois boudran Dressing
This goes well with chips or side for a burger.
Ingredients
Method
Add oil to a deep pan, on very slow heat, put shallots in and cook very slowly till soft or half soft. Cool down
Put ketchup, mustard, sauces in a bowl now whisk in the cooled oil & shallots mix add the herbs.
Season to taste.
Store in an air tight container for up to 1 week
