Carrot Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 750g rough chopped carrots
  • 10g garlic
  • 20g shallots
  • 10g tarragon
  • 5g chervil
  • 5g flat parsley
  • 3tsp salt
  • 2tsp tarragon vinegar
  • 600ml veg oil
  • 300ml water

Method

Bring to boil, simmer for ten minutes, blitz & pass
