chocolate ganache

ideal for large or small tarts

Ingredients

  • 450g valrhona manjari
  • 175g diced butter
  • 500 mls uht cream
  • 75g trimoline

Method

mix the chocolate and diced butter in a bowl
boil the cream with the trimoline pour over the chocolate and butter emulsify together pour into required mould leave to set for around 1 hour serve
