A delicious and light dessert to finish.

Ingredients

  • 1ltr of Water
  • 400g Sugar
  • 150g Cocoa powder
  • 400g Dark chocolate, Callebaut strong 70-30-38nv

Method

Bring to the boil the following....
1ltr Water
400g Sugar
150g Cocoa powder
Add the following...
400g Dark chocolate Callebaut 70-30-38nv
Leave to cool and then thicken in an ice cream maker
