- 2ml homemade cinnamon syrup
- Caramelised apple slice garnish
- One large ice cube

Let it rest until the spirit holds both the depth of oak and the warmth of spice.
Add in the house-made cinnamon syrup.
Stir with care to keep the drink spirit-forward.
Pour over a large ice cube.
Lay a caramelised apple slice across the top.
