Last week, the UK kicked off the 2024 Mother's Day festivities, which is one of the busiest in the hospitality calendar!

We appreciate you all for always going above and beyond to curate special memories for your customers, but we'd like to ensure you're taking the steps to decompress after a busy day.

Many of us take our jobs home with us without realising it.
Work may be stressful, but when we're supposed to be relaxing - from the minute we walk out of the office until the next morning when we come back - we often let job stress seep in instead of making the most of our non-work lives.

There are many reasons we do this, but there are more important reasons why we can and should learn to stop.

The Burnt Chef Project have a blog post, which you can view here (www.theburntchefproject.com/post/decompression-how-to-relieve-job-stress-after-work) that can help you gain a greater understanding of how you can leave work at work as much as you possibly can. This can decrease your stress levels and increase your overall happiness.
