Method
In a large bowl, partly mash the beans.
Add the rice and mash them together, leaving some texture.
Stir in all of the other ingredients thoroughly.
Ideally leave the mixture to chill for 30 minutes.
Form into burger shapes and fry on either side, on medium heat, until golden.
