How to Cook Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Sweet and Sour Meatballs is d from Kermanshah ,one of the cities in Iran.Serve meatballs with pickles and bread.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Rice
  • 200 gr Lamb and Beef,Mince
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Mint
  • 1/2 Cup Vinegar
  • 3 -4 Tablespoons Sugar
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Oil

Method

1:Half cooked rice with a little water .
2:Grated onion ,then add to meat and onion.
3:Add eggs, mint, salt and turmeric to the meat and rice and massaging mixture with hands until it’s found adhesion state.
4:Forming all ingredients like ball.
5:Put one non-stick pan on a heat,then add all meatballs.
6:Add mixture of sugar, vinegar, water and a little oil over meatballs and cooking with low heat for 45 minutes to an hour.
Serve meatballs with pickled and Bon appetit
