Lemon Verbena Marshmallows

Lemon Verbena Marshmallows from Harrods

Ingredients

  • Marshmallow
  • Ingredients for 1 kilo
  • 310g
  • 350ml
  • 350ml
  • 1ea
  • 14ea
  • 2g

Method

Boil water, juice, sugar and vanilla pod together, remove the pod
Add the pre-soaked gelatine.
Cool down.
When it starts to set, whip with a whisk attachment till thick foam is achieved.
Fill into an oiled metal frame.
