Method
Wash the lovage, blanch for 5 seconds in boiling water , refresh in ice. Place the milk, cream and glucose in the robot cook and poor over beaten eggs and sugar,and bring up to 82c allow to cook at this temperature for 4 minutes, place in the lovage and turn temperature off, blend and then pass through fine sieve, chill over ice and then churn in ice cream machine.
