Mackerel panna cottas
really simple starter. nice and easy. good to eat with some brown shrimps and crostini
Ingredients
Method
boil single cream pour over mackerel leave for 5 mins then blitz and pass.
Semi whip double and single cream to soft peak.
Soften gelatine add to mackerel cream
Fold in to whipped cream season.
