Method
Sweat mushrooms and butter together, add the flour and cook out on a low heat for 4 minutes approx.
Gradually add 1 litre of warm cream bit by bit.
Pipe mixture into molds and rest for 4 hours in the fridge.
Breadcrumb and deep fry until golden.
